wassailing

Writing about the carolers at Lenox gave me a great idea for today's Picture of the Day. I was going to post this closer to Christmas, but I think today's picture sums up how I prefer carolers:
--inanimate
--sharply dressed
--generally silent
--short in stature
--non-threatening
--for sale
--yet not at the mall


I'm just joshing. I like carolers just fine, and I like caroling. But hearing Feliz Navidad sung/shouted TWICE by middle schoolers zapped my holiday spirit today.
